When your paid subscription plan remains unpaid past the due date, your account will be suspended.
How do I unsuspend my account?
To unsuspend your account and use all the features again, you must declare a valid payment method in the Subscriptions menu and pay your pending invoice(s).
- Go to the Subscriptions menu.
- Click on the edit button in the Next payment box.
- Click on Add new card.
- Follow the payment authorization process to allow future automatic payments.
Do you prefer not to add card details to do automatic payments? In that case, you can still make payments through the banner that'll appear at the top of your screen when payment is due. However, please note that the invoice will only be delivered to your Billtobox account after the payment has been completed.
