When experiencing Synqup issues, restarting the Synqup service can sometimes fix the problem.
- Start the Synqup Authenticator on your computer.
- When the app launches, you'll get the following screen. Click on Log in.
- Your browser will open the login page. Insert your credentials and log in.
- On your computer, search the Services app and open it.
- In the list of services, look for Synqup. Click on Restart the service.
