When experiencing Synqup issues, restarting the Synqup service can sometimes fix the problem.
- Start the Synqup Authenticator on your computer.
- When the app launches, you'll get the following screen. Click on Log in.
- Your browser will open the login page. Insert your credentials and log in.
- On your computer, search the Services app and open it.
- In the list of services, look for Synqup. Click on Restart the service.
Note:
If you notice that this problem occurs more often it could be that your Windows services are experiencing a minor temporary glitch. As a result, the Synqup Windows service may not start up correctly.
If this is the case, we recommend you contact your IT partner and ask him to set up an automated task so that the Synqup Windows service automatically restarts after a certain amount of time.
