Never miss new documents in the Doc Center again

The Doc Center allows you to share documents that are not invoices with your clients. Manually checking if new documents were uploaded can be frustrating and cumbersome. That's why from now on, you'll receive an email notification once per day if any change was made in the Doc Center by your clients. The email will contain a summary of all the changes so you don't even have to log in to your Console account. 

View when Doc Center documents were last updated

A new column is available in the Doc Center to show when a file was last edited and by whom. This helps you understand which version of the file you're currently seeing and can be useful if anything new happened to a file.

Send multiple PDFs at once to Lyanthe

Select multiple documents to forward to Lyanthe in a single action. A small window appears and displays the status of the forwarding. Once successfully forwarded, a green tick will appear next to the documents.

Customize the columns in your Doc Center

Thanks to the table view options, select which columns to display or hide in your Doc Center.

Log in to your account securely and quickly

You've been able to use an identity provider to log in to your account for some time now. In this latest update, we've removed the providers outside of your region. You only see your local identity providers to log in securely and without having to enter your password.

Times are shown in your local time zone

Any time displayed on the platform (like upload time or last modified) is shown in the time zone of your computer.
