Duplicate the lines of an outbound invoice
When creating an outbound invoice on the platform, you can duplicate and edit a line to create your invoices even faster.
Add information about interest on arrears on outbound invoices
When creating an outbound invoice on the platform, you can add the interest on arrears information (expressed in % per day). It'll appear on your invoice, below the due date.
The supply date field is visible in the document's details
When a document has a supply date filled in, it will be visible. The field is editable when the document is a PDF, but not when it's a UBL.
Moving documents to the Doc Center is now a single button
You can move documents uploaded to your accounts payable or receivable to the Doc Center by clicking on the Move documents to Doc Center button, then choose to move them to the folder shared with your accountant or to your local documents.
Change in billing
As of September, subscriptions will be pre-billed. In other words, on the first of the month, the invoice will cover the coming month instead of the previous month.
Due to this change, active users will receive their invoices for the month of August and September at the same time, in early September 2022.
