Some invoices are in the accounting status To be fetched and are not getting transferred?
- Check if you are logged in to the Synqup authenticator
- Restart the Synqup service
- Check the server's firewall
- Check if the customer's file is present in the Console's customer list. If not, add it.
Note: the accounting firm must also exist in the customer list. - Check if the Console or customer's file is connected to your accounting software.
- Check if the manager's email address is present in the console.
If the above does not solve the problem, contact support@billtobox.com and send us the log files.
