Introducing a brand new user interface for Billtobox
(available December 22nd)
At Billtobox, we believe that managing your business should be as efficient as possible. To offer you a better overall experience and help you spare even more time on your administrative tasks, we put a lot of effort into a new interface. In this interface, you'll find all your favourite features but also some new ones!
Clarity, efficiency, and ease of use are the keywords here.
Here's how the new Billtobox will make your business thrive.
The information you need at a glance
Key components have been revamped to give you the information that matters in the clearest way possible. A quick look at your dashboard will reveal how much money is due to your suppliers, as well as how much your customers owe your business (plus all the other info you had before: top 5 customers & suppliers, open tasks):
The same school of thought has been applied to the Accounts payable and Accounts receivable pages. The total due amounts are visible right away:
Offer discounts to your customers
Do you create your outgoing invoices with Billtobox's built-in tool?
If you do, you can now also offer discounts on your invoices.
If you're not using the tool yet, now's a good time to try it out!
The peace of mind that your documents have been uploaded correctly
When uploading documents, a panel with your pending and successful uploads appears. This helps you make sure the documents you tried to upload (via drag & drop or your computer's explorer) have effectively been taken into account.
Read a document's comments and see its attachments easily
You can now quickly see a document's comments or attachments by hovering your mouse over the comment icon. Opening the document's details isn't needed anymore, which spares you valuable time. Whether you use comments to communicate with co-workers or simply as self-notes, your workflow is enhanced and you'll be able to find what you're looking for more quickly.
Browse a document's PDF more conveniently
Now you can select and copy the text of a PDF, this can prove useful if you need to copy/paste important information without risking a typo.
You can also navigate between the pages of a PDF, zoom in and out, make it fit to height, width or fit the entire page in the allocated spot.
You can of course still download the PDF if you wish.
More clarity, less clutter
- Buttons are placed in a more logical way to improve accessibility
- The settings are available from the menu on the left
- When viewing a document's details, we decided to put the most important information at the forefront. The comments, attachments, and events can be found in their own tabs.
