How to add terms and conditions to my outgoing invoices

You can add PDF terms and conditions to any invoice created on Billtobox.

Go to:

1. Settings
   
   
   
2. Outbound
   
   
   
3. Create invoices online > Terms and conditions in PDF format -> click to choose a file from your computer or drag and drop a PDF file
   
   
   
   
4. Save.
