If the version installed on your computer is not the most recent, synchronization problems may appear. It is therefore time to check that you have the latest version of the software.
Check whether a new software version is available. To do this:
- Open Billtobox Files
- Click on Help > About Billtobox Files
- Check for updates...
- If a new version is available, click on Download:
Restart your computer after installing the update.
