In order to make things even faster when you create a sales invoice in Billtobox, you have the possibility of creating a product catalog.
One the created, you'll be able to choose from your catalog to quickly add products or services to the sales invoices created with Billtobox's DIY tool.
To add items to your catalog, go to your Settings > Outbound.
Click on the Product Catalog tab then Add new product.
On the next screen you can fill out your product's information:
- Product reference
- Product/service name
- Unit of measure
- Unit price/rate
- Quantity (this is not a stock management tool. This is used to create products that are sold in batches)
- VAT rate
These fields are all mandatory.
Once saved, the product appears in your product catalog. You can edit or delete a product anytime from here as well.
You can also add a product to your catalog from the DIY invoice creation tool by clicking the + sign:
