How to edit the email address or the name linked to a Billtobox Files account?

The procedure described below is used to manage the following cases:

• Edit the e-mail address linked to the user account of your fiduciary
• Edit the name and / or first name of your firm's user account
• Completely change the user account holder of your firm (last name + first name + e-mail address)

Instead of deleting the existing user account and replacing it with a new account, we edit the personal data linked to the existing account.

However, changing the e-mail address is only possible if the new email address is not yet linked to an existing user account!

Process

• Log in to Billtobox Files
• Hover over your name (top right) with the mouse
• Click on Personal settings
  
• Click on Change email address
  
  
  
• The first and last name can be also be changed on this page
  
  
• Don't forget to save.

Si le nouveau titulaire a un compte utilisateur existant (lié à une autre entreprise que votre fiduciaire), veuillez contacter le support de Billtobox, qui se chargera de supprimer l'ancien utilisateur et de lier l'utilisateur existant au compte Billtobox Files de votre fiduciaire.

If the new holder has an existing user account (linked to a different company than your firm), please contact support. The old user will be removed and the existing user will be linked to your firm's Billtobox Files account.
