File activity - Billtobox Files

In the File Activity log, you can look up information like who edited, added, removed files and folders on the Vault.

• Select the Vault for which you want to view the file activity
• Click on File Activity

• The most recent activity appears first

• You can sort the log: newest first, or oldest first via the arrow icon

• You can also do specific searches via the search icon. Do note that the search field is case sensitive.

• You can also export the file activity in CSV format by clicking on the gear icon at to top-right of the table.
