If you use Cloudbizz as provider for your servers, there are two possible setups:
- Installing Synqup on a dedicated server
- Installing Synqup on a shared server
Dedicated server
If you use a dedicated server on Cloudbizz, you can install Synqup on your server by following this guide: How to install Synqup on a server.
Shared server
Synqup comes already installed on Cloudbizz shared servers. You don't need to install it yourself.
To start using this:
- Contact Cloudbizz by sending them an email at support@cloudbizz.com stating that you want to work with Synqup for your Billtobox account and specify the location where you want Synqup to deliver the Billtobox files on your computer.
Example: P:\BilltoboxSynqup
- Cloudbizz will provide you with the path with the server name, needed to configure in your Billtobox console.
Example: \\ABC.winbooks.cloudbizz.local\ABC_Winbooks$\BilltoboxSynqup\
- Configure the paths in your console, by following this guide.
- We have created a technical user for Cloudbizz so that Synqup could deliver files on their server. Enter this user's mail address in your console, under your company profile, so that you give this user from Cloudbizz access.
Scroll down to Synqup details and add the email address of the technical user : support@cloudbizz.com
- Click on Save.
