View and pay your outstanding Billtobox subscription fees

Your outstanding subscription fees are now easily visible from the Subscriptions menu. By clicking on the eye icon, you can view the details of your invoice and click on Pay now to make a payment. This option allows you to pay your invoices without activating the automatic payments, giving you more control over your payments.

Choose the UBL format of documents sent to the accountant

When activating the accounting app, during the Settings step, you can specify which UBL format should be delivered to your accountant. for more flexibility, the format can also be updated after the accounting app has been activated. If you don't know what to select, the system will select the best option on its own.
